Job Description
This infill site presented problems of scale and massing, the street backs onto warehouses facing the Grand Union Canal, and their simple brick aesthetic was used which sits successfully in a street with many different styles and materials. The ground floor is retail, and there are 9 flats on the upper floors, all with external space. This was a complete new build project.
