Our involvement

This development is a brownfield site situated in Richmond that was used as a garage repair shop for a number of years. A planning consent was granted for a 1 & a half storey contemporary designed building to accommodate a family four bed roomed home with a cantilevered first floor over a court yard. The court yard will be accessed via a bi-fold door system that will run the whole length of the building.
