With both a railway and an underground station across the road from the site, there is easy access to all of the London Universities as well as central London. With excellent transportation links to anywhere in London, the site is situated in a great location with shops, cafes and parks within a short walking distance.
We carried out the complete ground works package. Which included, clearing the site, pile probing, specialist piling as rail track was then than 5 metres away from the boundary and introducing 5 meter high columns to take the reinforced transfer slab at 1st floor level. The 5 metre height was a requirement of Tesco to enable them to maximise the space available.
