Job Description
Kennigton primary academy is a privately funded school we were asked to price for a new extension to an existing building, with some demolition works.
There requirements included, a new and extended IT class room, a new office area and staff room. These works had to be done within the school term with all pupils being in class rooms next door. This required us to operate only within curtain hours because of noise, and to fully comply with HSE. There was also a very stringent traffic management plan which we had to update on a daily basis to accommodate all the student class times/break times and PE.
The contract period was for 14 weeks which we came in on time with no extra costs.
