Our involvement
Existing use was an unattractive 1970's Concrete clad building with steel windows over two stories for office purposes, the planning permission that was granted was to refurbish the existing build & provided two additional floors in a light weight structure to achieve 41no apartments for a housing association. The building will incorporate the latest London guide breeam & secure by design requirements.
