Our involvement
Taking over this project from a previous builder, due to the lack of their productivity, was a frustrating situation to be in. Trying to gain back time and get back on track with the clients overall programme in order to satisfy their funding. Trying not to sacrifice quality of work in order to gain speed has proved to be a difficult task.
